Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run your stay and send the offers you ask for. We never sell your data.

What we collect
- When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, number of guests, villa, rate plan, your notes and the time you accepted our booking terms. Payments you make and requests you send from your booking page are added to your booking.
- When you check in: our team may record your country and passport or ID number, because Indonesian rules require hotels and villas to register their guests.
- When you sign up for offers: your email, your WhatsApp number if you give it, which stays interest you, and your consent.
- When you send a partner request: the agency and contact details you type in the form.
- When you browse the website: an anonymous count of visits. See “Visitor statistics” below.
Why we use it
- To hold, confirm and manage your booking, and to contact you about it (booking received, confirmed, cancellation deadline, arrival information, and a thank-you after your stay).
- To recognise returning guests, so our team can help you faster.
- To send offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you signed up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To pay commission to the travel agent or property agent who referred you. They see the booking code, dates, amount and guest name of bookings made through their link.
Visitor statistics
When you open a page, the website records the page, where your visit came from (for example Google, Instagram or a campaign link), your country and whether you use a phone or a computer. A random number is saved in your browser so we can count returning visitors. We do not record your name, email or IP address, and we do not use advertising cookies. Visit statistics are deleted after 13 months.
If you arrived through a campaign link or a partner's link, the browser also remembers that link for 30 to 60 days so the right campaign or partner is credited when you book.
Services we use
- Supabase (Singapore) stores our bookings, guest list and offers sign-ups.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and forwards our email.
- Brevo sends our booking emails and offers.
- Google Maps shows our location on the home page. Google may use cookies when the map loads.
These companies process data for us under their own security and privacy terms. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other websites follow that website's privacy policy as well.
How long we keep it
- Bookings and payments: as long as needed for our records, tax and the law.
- Offers list: until you unsubscribe.
- Visitor statistics: 13 months.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to offers. Email myvillaoperation@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within one working day. We may need to keep booking records the law asks us to keep.
