Booking terms and cancellation
Prices are per villa in Indonesian rupiah. Your rate plan and its cancellation rules are shown before you book and are saved with your booking; the rules at the time you booked always apply. Travel agent bookings follow the agent contract.
Rate plans
When you book, you choose a rate plan. Each plan has its own cancellation rules, shown before you pay and saved with your booking.
Flexible
Nightly and weekly stays
Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before check-in and get a full refund. If you cancel later, or do not arrive, the first night is charged and the rest is refunded.
Non-refundable
Nightly and weekly stays · 10% lower than the flexible rate · non-refundable
This rate is 10% lower because it cannot be refunded. If you cancel, change your dates or do not arrive, the full amount is kept. Free-night vouchers always use this rate.
Monthly stay
Monthly stays (30+ nights)
Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in and get a full refund. If you cancel later, the refundable deposit is kept and the rest is refunded. A refundable deposit is paid on arrival.
Room only or with breakfast
Prices are room only. Every villa has its own kitchen.
Offers, promo codes and vouchers
- Discounts do not combine. If an automatic offer and a promo code both apply, you get the bigger one.
- Stay 7 nights and pay for 6. This is part of the weekly price and is not a separate discount.
- The non-refundable rate is a rate plan, so it applies on top of the price after your offer.
- Free-night vouchers are booked on the non-refundable rate and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each voucher code can be used once, for the dates and villas shown on the voucher.
Monthly stays
- Stays of 30 nights or more get the monthly price. Electricity is included.
- A refundable deposit is paid on arrival and returned at check-out after the villa is checked.
Changes and payment
- To change dates, message us on WhatsApp. Changes depend on availability; the new dates use the price of the day you change.
- After you book, we send the payment details on WhatsApp and hold the villa for you while you pay. How long depends on how soon you arrive: 24 hours when check-in is 3 days or more away, 12 hours (until noon on the day you arrive at the latest) when check-in is tomorrow or the day after, and 2 hours for arrivals today. Your booking page shows the exact time.
- Check-in is from 2pm. Our team is at the villa until 5pm; arrivals after 5pm are possible on request only, so please ask us on WhatsApp before you book.
- Arriving today? Online booking for the same day is open until 3pm Bali time. Send us your booking on WhatsApp straight away so we can get the villa ready.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. The guest who pays first gets the villa: if the last villa for your dates is paid by another guest or booked on another website before your payment arrives, we tell you straight away and you can choose other dates. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
- If the payment has not arrived when the hold ends, the villa is released and you can book again.
- If you book after the free cancellation date of your rate has passed (for example 5 days before check-in on the Flexible rate), the late cancellation rule of that rate applies from the start.
- Travel agent bookings follow the agent contract.
